Used Volvo Penta TMD40A 136hp Six Cylinder Turbocharged Heat Exchanger Cooled Marine Diesel Engine Complete With Volvo Penta MS3 Gearbox & Original Instrumentation. We have a matched pair of these units available, only removed as the owner wanted to decrease power to a pair of small 4 cylinder units as the boat was being relocated to the inland waterways and so no longer needed to be able to reach planning speed. Taken in by us in direct part exchange on new engines. They are very clean units, both start and run well and have under 2000hrs use on them. Ideal for repowering a twin engine cruiser on shaft or as core motors to repower older AQAD40 sterndrive units.
