We partner with top-tier global logistics networks—including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and GSC—to ensure your order arrives securely and on time via Land, Sea, or Air freight depending on the destination and cargo size.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are subject to a thorough technical inspection and protective packaging period before shipment to guarantee maximum product quality:

  • Standard Retail Orders: Safely packed and processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is successfully verified.
  • Commercial & Bulk Orders (RFQ): Processing and custom sea/air-freight crating timelines will be explicitly outlined in your customized Proforma Invoice.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer reliable international shipping to global destinations, with the following transit estimations:

  • Domestic Shipping (Indonesia): 3 to 4 business days via trusted local express couriers or regional land/sea freight.
  • International Shipping: 10 to 14 business days via premium global air and maritime freight carriers.

3. Geographic Shipping Exclusions

Due to strict international trade regulations, carrier limitations, and sanctions compliance, Mulmotor does not ship products to the following country:

  • North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea)

*We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Any orders placed with a shipping address located within an excluded territory will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

We offer flexible transit solutions via Land, Sea, and Air freight through our network of premium carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, and GSC). Our shipping rates are structured transparently as follows:

  • Standard Retail Purchases: We charge a nationwide and international Flat Rate of USD 110.00 per item. This rate will be applied automatically at your secure checkout screen.
  • Commercial & Bulk Orders: The USD 110.00 flat rate does not apply to mass shipments. For bulk procurement, please contact our logistics team directly to discuss your specific bulk freight requirements and arrange discounted shipping rates.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For international global orders, please be aware of the following customs regulations:

  • All international shipments are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Product listed prices and shipping fees collected at our online store do not cover local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance brokerage fees of your country.
  • Any applicable import taxes and border fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled with the local destination carrier upon physical delivery.

6. Shipment Tracking & Insurance

We prioritize the security of your high-value equipment during transit:

  • Fully Insured Shipping: Every shipment is 100% insured against loss or physical damage during transit at no extra charge.
  • End-to-End Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, an automated email containing a direct tracking link from UPS, DHL, FedEx, or GSC will be sent to your inbox so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
