Due to the high-performance nature of our products—including crate engines, outboard marine systems, and industrial welding gear—all customers must have the legal capacity to enter into binding purchase contracts under local laws.

2. Accuracy of Products, Pricing, and Catalog Specifications

We strive to ensure that all technical engine specifications, shipping dimensions, and retail prices on our website are completely accurate. However, typographical errors or unintended misprints may occur. Mulmotor reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, cancel orders containing incorrect item values, or update product information at any time without prior notice. If an order is cancelled due to a mispriced item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

3. Order Placement, Payments, and Cancellations

When you complete a retail purchase through our secure online shopping cart, you agree to pay our flat rate shipping fee of USD 110.00 per item using our supported payment channels (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer). For large corporate procurement projects handled via our RFQ system, custom payment milestone installments can be configured and authorized by our sales team. Standard customer retail order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund with no penalties.

4. Industrial Machinery Use & Safety Disclaimer

All mechanical assemblies sold by Mulmotor—including heavy marine propulsion systems, power generators, and high-performance crate engines—must be unboxed, assembled, and installed by a certified technician or professional mechanical engineer. Mulmotor is not legally liable for any physical property damage, personal injury, or operational equipment failures resulting from improper setup, uncertified modifications, or unsafe product operation.

5. Shipping Delivery, Import Customs, and Restrictions

We partner with premium global networks including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and GSC to offer reliable land, sea, and air logistics. Standard domestic transit takes 3 to 4 business days, and international transit takes 10 to 14 business days. All items are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any local import duties or border customs fees. Due to strict international trade laws and sanction compliance, we fully exclude and block all orders addressed to North Korea.
