Price Match Guarantee – Mulmotor

At Mulmotor, we are committed to offering the most competitive pricing on high-performance engines, marine propulsion, and heavy-duty machinery. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized online dealer for the exact same product, we will do our best to match it under our policy guidelines.

Price Match Qualifications

To qualify for a price match review, the competitor’s product and offer must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Identical Product: The item must be the exact same brand, model number, year of manufacture, configuration, and specification as the product listed on Mulmotor.com.
  • In Stock: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate worldwide delivery on the competitor’s website at the time of your request.
  • Authorized Retailer: The competitor must be an authorized online dealer based in an eligible country. We do not match prices from auction sites (e.g., eBay), marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba), liquidators, or unauthorized dropshippers.
  • Total Price Comparison: The price comparison will be evaluated based on the total cost of the item—this includes the base product price plus their international shipping charges, handling fees, and taxes.

Exclusions & Policy Limitations

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following transactional circumstances:

  • Clearance sales, closeouts, liquidation events, going-out-of-business sales, or refurbished/used machinery.
  • Special promotional bundles, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, coupon codes, or seasonal holiday doorbusters (e.g., Black Friday or Cyber Monday).
  • Financing offers, trade-ins, or custom B2B bulk quotations handled through our commercial RFQ channel.
  • Typographical pricing errors or misprints listed on a competitor’s storefront.

How to Request a Price Match

If you have found a qualifying lower price and wish to request a match before finalized checkout, please complete these steps:

  1. Do not place your order yet. Send an email directly to our support desk at sales@mulmotor.com.
  2. Use the email subject line: “Price Match Request – [Product Name]”.
  3. Include a live, active URL link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower advertised price, alongside your shipping destination details.

Our sales desk will evaluate your request within 24 to 48 business hours. If approved, we will issue a custom invoice reflecting the adjusted price for your secure checkout via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer.
