At Mulmotor, we provide a secure, encrypted, and highly flexible checkout environment for our global client base. Whether you are purchasing a single engine for a private project or procuring fleet machinery via our commercial channel, we support several trusted payment options.

1. Accepted Payment Methods (Online Checkout)

For standard retail purchases completed through our online shopping cart, we securely accept the following transactional channels:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major international cards including Visa and Mastercard. Cards must be enabled for secure international online e-commerce transactions.
  • Digital Wallets: Secure checkout is fully integrated with PayPal, allowing you to use your saved wallet balances or linked financial accounts instantly.
  • International Money Transfers: We support payments made via Wise.com. This option is highly recommended for international customers looking for optimized real-time exchange rates and lower conversion fees.
  • Direct Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Local and international bank wire transfers are fully supported. Selecting this option at checkout will display our formal bank routing, IBAN, and Swift code details.

2. Commercial & Corporate Bulk Order Payments (RFQ)

For large-scale industrial orders or customized procurement processed via our Request for Quote (RFQ) channel, the flat-rate checkout system does not apply. Large corporate transactions are handled under flexible terms:

  • Flexible Milestone Payments: For qualified company and corporate procurement orders, payments can be made in structured stages or installments.
  • Special Terms & Conditions: Installment schedules, down-payment parameters, and final balance settlements are subject to specific terms and conditions based on order volume and logistics.
  • Custom Arrangements: To discuss a customized payment schedule for your business, please contact our sales team directly during your RFQ evaluation. Your agreed-upon payment milestones will be explicitly detailed on your binding corporate Proforma Invoice.
  • All commercial volume transactions are processed securely via corporate Bank Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

3. Transaction Security & Data Encryption

Your financial safety and transactional privacy are our highest priorities:

  • Our entire website and online storefront operate over a fully encrypted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) network protocol.
  • Mulmotor does not physically store, record, or have direct access to your full credit card digits or digital wallet credentials. All processing is securely offloaded to certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • Transactions will appear securely on your bank statement under the billing descriptor name: Mulmotor.

4. Currency Billing Policy

To maintain uniform accounting and transparent auditing across all global destination regions, all transactions are strictly processed in US Dollars (USD). If your funding bank operates in a different local currency, they will dynamically convert the currency at their standard daily exchange rate during final settlement.
