Local Pickup
For your convenience, you may choose to pick up your order from our shop. If you select “Local Pickup,” we will notify you when your item is ready for collection. You can find the pickup location on the checkout page of our website.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status by using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.
Incorrect Address
If your package is returned to us as Un-deliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier, or reasons beyond our control, we will notify you by email. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped amount USD 110.00 as your responsibility with the wrong address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement or refund.
RETURNS INFORMATION
New and slightly used products (This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used) may be returned within 60 days of date of purchase show in invoice order. Items must be returned in with intact packaging.

Refund Information
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we received the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For orders placed via In stock Pickup refunds also will be processed through original payment method. The payment of refunds will show in your account balance in 1-2 business days depending of payment method.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel any order or part of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
